かき混ぜる

• whisk:泡立てるように素早く混ぜるイメージ
• stir: ゆっくりと混ぜる時などに広く使う。珈琲に砂糖を入れるときなど。
• whip:力を込めてクリーム状になるまでかき混ぜるイメージ。ホイップクリームやメレンゲを作るときなど。
