It's eight thirty and time of this morning's traffic report of Tokyo and Yokohama Areas. There's a four-car pile-up on the Shuto Expressway, just west of the Ginza exit. Drivers should avoid this area if it all possible to allow emergency vehicles access to the scene. Traffic on the Tomei Expressway is moving smoothly, with only a slight delay east of the Yokohama/Machida exit. Drivers are encouraged to avoid Highway sixteen between Sagamihara and Yokosuka. Traffic is backed up both directions due to an accident involving a large delivery truck. On the public transportation- all JR Line seem to be running on time; however, there is a delay about ten minutes on the Keio Line for trains running from Hashimoto to Shinjuku.
