英語で書かれた本を読み始めて4年になりました。8月21日にFreefallを読み終えた時点で初読が100冊(The Bodyを1冊とカウント)、1000万語に達しました。その後読んだWillpowerまでで105冊、1047万語、四読したMagic of Realityを最多として再読33冊40回を各回1冊と計算すると145冊、1461万語を読んだ計算になります。奇しくも昨日までの丸4年でちょうど1万語/1日になっていました。1日1万語、初読計1000万語を当初から目標としていたので、いよいよ、より再読に比重を移し、よりフレキシブルに「勉強」をしていくべき時期にあるように思います。読めば読むほど読みたい本が次々と出てきてしまったり、安さに釣られて積ん読状態にある本も溜まってしまっていますが・・・
